Modify Function Room Booking

Users can modify a function room booking using the Modify function room option displayed for a booked function room (Search screen Select a function room Modify function room). When clicked, the Modify Function Room pop-up screen appears that displays the following sections:

Check Availability

This section allows users to modify the values selected for the following fields:

  • Start Date

  • End Date

  • Start Time

  • End Time

  • Number of Persons

  • Schedule

  • Include unavailable function rooms

    The function room availability is checked based on the details modified and display messages after the function rooms are validated.

Booking Details

This section allows users to modify the values selected for the following fields:

  • Event Name

  • Company Name

  • Guaranteed Status

  • Contract Status

  • Function Room Type

  • Comments

F&B Service

Users can perform the following operations in this section:

  • Add food and beverages

  • Delete food and beverages

  • Modify the selected services, charge, count, valid on, and service time of existing services.

A/V Service

Users can perform the following operations in this section:

  • Add audio visual services

  • Delete audio visual services

  • Modify the selected services, charge, count, valid on, and service time of existing services.

Estimated Charges

The updated date, transaction item, rate, tax, and total estimated due is displayed.

When users click Save, the modifications is updated successfully.
